I am sorry that you are having trouble with the client import screen. We'd love to get it resolved; could you please help us out by doing the following?
* Take a screenshot of the details screens for one of the names within your Address Book
* Take a screenshot of the client "Import" screen within our application, showing the list of names without their last names being displayed. Preferably showing the name in the list that you originally took the screenshot for in your Address Book.
* Email both screenshots to email@example.com
Once we have the screenshots, we can try and replicate the issue by entering the exact same information that we see on the Address Book screenshot. If we are able to replicate the issue, we can get it resolved.
Sorry for the trouble with this! Hopefully we can get it resolved ASAP.
Oh! One more thing... after the clients are imported, does the app display their first and last names in the left panel within the Clients tab? Or does it only display their first names, like on the import screen? If it only displays their first names, we would appreciate a screenshot showing the client details screen within the Portable Contracts app as well. The more information we can get, the quicker we can get this resolved.
